Coaches

Prospective Marlboro Mustangs Wrestling Coaches must acquire a USA Wrestling Leader Card, which requires meeting several essential criteria designed to protect athletes:

• Safe Sport Certification: Successfully completing this mandatory course.
• Background Screening: Passing a mandatory background check.
• NCEP Certification: Attaining a minimum of NCEP Copper Certification, which is required for matside coaching at many sanctioned events.

Our program welcomes all wrestlers from K4 through 8th grade to join! Whether you are a total beginner with no experience, an intermediate wrestler looking to elevate their skills to the next level, or an advanced wrestler looking to sharpen your technique, we have a place for you. Our program is structured to provide age-appropriate training for every level, ensuring a positive and challenging environment where every athlete can grow and develop.
